SOME TIPS TO GET YOU STARTED:
1. FIRST OF ALL: STRETCH! ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS TO DO BEFORE DOING ANY TYPE OF EXERCISE, WE DONT WANT YOU TO GET HURT!
2, do your cardio: running, BIKING or machines: treadmill, elliptical.
3. try out a group class! i always change classes: yoga, pilates, trx among others. you will target different parts of your body and you wont get bored!
4. WEIGHTS!  LIFTING WONT MAKE YOU BULKY. THEY WILL MAKE YOU LEAN, STRONG & TONED.
5. LAST BUT MOST IMPORTANT: EAT HEALTHY!!
NO GYM? NO PROBLEM! GO OUTSIDE AND TRAIN
