ok ladies! first of all we need to make that new years gym resolution happen. if you are a constant follower of me on INSTAGRAM or snapchat (@ferfloreess), you can notice i try to train almost everyday of the week: yoga, pilates, weight lifting among others. it is DEFINITELY not easy and you need lots of discipline and consistency in order to notice changes in your body; once you do, BELIEVE ME you will fall in love with the idea of dedicating a part of your day to exercise:
you will definitely feel better and look better!

4. GROUP CLASSES: AMAZING CAUSE YOU HAVE SOMEBODY TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT. PLUS: YOU WORK OUT ALMOST ALL YOUR BODY AND ITS SUPER FUN!
5. be consistent and remember that 70% food 30% exercise!
